Rotorua and Taupo
Departs Tauranga
Visit the hottest springs in Rotorua and other geothermal and historical attractions. Continue onto Taupo, which boasts the largest lake in New Zealand. Enjoy the thermal and Maori cultural experiences at Wairakei Terraces, prior to lunch and return to Tauranga, via Huka Falls.

Taupo via Helicopter
A 40 minute flight will land you on New Zealand’s largest lake, Lake Taupo. Enroute drink in the sights of Tongariro National Park, which contains active volcanoes periodically. Spend a few hours trout fishing, before being lifted and delivered to one of New Zealand’s most prestigious hunting lodges for lunch upon New Zealand’s largest river. Soak in the surroundings before returning to Auckland via helicopter.

Coromandel & Mercury Bay
First stop is at Driving Creek Railway following a beautiful scenic drive in New Zealand’s countryside. After riding the only narrow gauge mountain railway amidst unique art and replanted native kauri forest continue across to Whitianga, on the east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula. Enjoy an Italian lunch at Villa Toscana overlooking Mercury Bay and then board their 40ft Bertram to explore the beautiful islands and beaches for a spot of fishing.
Extend your stay at Villa Toscana over night to indulge in a five course Italian dinner with wine tasting, then retire to their fully serviced wing. Fishing for either a half or full day can follow.

Hawkes Bay Food & Wine Trail
Your first evening is spent at Poronui Ranch, after soaking in the sights of New Zealand’s largest volcanic crater: Lake Taupo. The 16,000 acre property, favoured for fishing and hunting, will be your playground for the afternoon.
Once arriving in Hawkes Bay the following day, enjoy an exclusive Wilderness Tour to view a Gannet Colony and understand the areas ecosystem. Thereafter, tantalize your tastebuds at one of the numerous vineyards within the Hawke’s Bay. Once settled into your lodging for the next two nights, dinner will be served for you at Craggy Range.
The following day involves two more vineyard tours and tastings and then head to a quaint beach house for a snapshot of local life, where fresh crayfish will be harvested for your lunch. Dine at Greenhill in the evening, accompanied with a personal wine connoisseur.
Day four begins with an Art Deco tour through Napier in a 1934 Buick. Visit two more vineyards enroute to Taupo for an evening at the esteemed Huka Lodge, situated on the banks of New Zealand’s largest river.
On the final day explore the expansive property prior to visiting Wairakei Terraces for a geothermal and cultural experience. Head north and halt for high tea at Bracu Restaurant, nestled within Simunovich Olive Estate, New Zealand’s largest privately owned olive grove.
